  • Find research topics in daily practice and build up research resources over time.在日常臨床裡找研究題目，並逐步累積研究資源。
  • Start with the resources you have, even if your hospital offers little research support.從手邊的資源開始，即使醫院的研究支援不多。
  • Run the statistics yourself and make figures fit for submission, even if statistics is not your strength.統計不好也能親手跑出統計，做出能投稿的圖表。
  • Write the title and abstract the way reviewers read them, so the paper is not rejected at first glance.從審閱者的角度寫標題與摘要，避免一眼就被退稿。
  • Write with a structure instead of waiting for inspiration, so that you can keep producing.不靠靈感靠結構寫論文，才能持續穩定產出。
  • Read what reviewers really mean, so that a revision has a good chance of being accepted.讀懂審閱者真正想表達的，讓修改稿有高機率被接受。
