This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you visit mentor.ichentsai.tw (the "Site"), how it is used, and the choices you have. The Site is operated by 新思惟國際有限公司 (InnovaRad), a company registered in Taiwan, Unified Business No. 53847842 ("we," "us" or "our").
At this stage the Site has no accounts, sign-in or purchases. The only personal information we ask for is through the optional waitlist described in section 2, for people who want to be told when enrollment opens. Everything else described below is limited to what is involved in visiting a website and in writing to us by email.
Emails you send us. If you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message. We use this only to reply to you and to keep a record of our correspondence. Please do not send identifiable patient information (see our Terms of Use).
Analytics. We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, to understand how the Site is used: for example, which pages are viewed, how visitors reach the Site, the type of device and browser used, and approximate location (such as country or city) derived from your IP address. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies, and Google processes this information under its own terms and privacy policy. We look at the results only as aggregate reports; we do not use Google Analytics to identify individual visitors.
Page counter. Each page you open sends a request to a simple page-view counter that we run on Cloudflare. The request contains only the name of this Site. The counter stores a daily total of page views for the Site. It reads your browser's user-agent string only to skip known automated bots, and it does not store that string, your IP address or any cookie.
Server logs. The Site is hosted on Cloudflare. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the Site, such as your IP address, browser user agent, the page requested and the time of the request, and may keep it in logs for security and performance purposes. We do not combine this information with other information to identify you.
Preferences on your device. The Site remembers your language choice in a cookie named ilang, and your light or dark display choice in your browser's local storage. They exist only to show the Site the way you chose and are not used to track you.
What we collect. If you choose to join the waitlist on our home page, we collect your email address (required); your current role, specialty and state, if you choose to give them; the date and time you joined; the version of the consent wording you agreed to; and the page you joined from.
Why. We use this information only to email you when enrollment opens, and to count interest in aggregate (for example, how many residents have joined). We do not use it for any other marketing. We do not send a confirmation email when you join. Any email we send about enrollment will include a way to unsubscribe.
Storage and sharing. Waitlist entries are stored in a database on Cloudflare, our hosting provider, that is not publicly accessible. We do not sell waitlist information, and we do not share it with anyone other than Cloudflare, which stores it for us.
How long. We keep your entry until you ask us to remove it, or until 12 months after enrollment opens, whichever comes first.
Removal. To be removed from the waitlist or to unsubscribe, email ichentsai.tw@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, and we will delete your entry.
Abuse protection. To limit automated or repeated submissions, we keep a one-way, salted hash of your IP address together with a counter for up to two hours, and then delete it. The form also contains a hidden field that only automated programs fill in.
We use the information described above to operate, maintain and secure the Site; to understand which content is useful so that we can improve it; to tell waitlist members when enrollment opens; to reply to your messages; and to comply with legal obligations.

The Site uses the following cookies and similar technologies:
ilang: remembers your language choice (kept for up to one year);_ga): used to distinguish visits for analytics, as described in section 1;You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Site will still work, although your language choice will not be remembered. You can also prevent Google Analytics from using information about your visits by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Waitlist entries are kept as described in section 2. We keep emails for as long as needed to reply to you and to maintain our records. The page counter keeps only daily totals, which contain no personal information. Analytics data is kept by Google according to the retention setting of our Google Analytics account, after which only aggregate reports remain. Cloudflare keeps its logs according to its own policies.
All pages of the Site are served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Waitlist entries are kept in a database that is not publicly accessible. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we handle.
The Site is intended for physicians, medical students and other adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We are based in Taiwan. The Site and the waitlist are hosted on Cloudflare's global network, and analytics are processed by Google, so information about you may be processed in countries other than the one where you live, including Taiwan. The data protection laws of those countries may differ from those of your country.
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you (in practice, your waitlist entry, if any, and the emails you have sent us), and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to ichentsai.tw@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will respond to requests as required by the law that applies.
This policy covers the Site as it operates now. Before enrollment opens, we will update this policy to describe the information collected from participants and how it is used, and you will be able to read it before you enroll.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date at the top. If a change is material, we will also note it prominently on the Site.

目的。我們只用這些資訊在開放報名時寄信通知您，並以彙整方式統計有興趣的人數（例如有多少位住院醫師加入）。我們不會將其用於任何其他行銷。您加入時，我們不會寄送確認信。我們寄出的任何報名通知信，都會附上取消訂閱的方式。
儲存與分享。名單資料存放於我們的網站代管服務 Cloudflare 上一個不對外公開的資料庫。我們不出售名單資訊，除了代我們儲存資料的 Cloudflare 之外，也不與任何人分享。
保存多久。我們會保存您的資料，直到您要求移除，或開放報名後 12 個月，以先到者為準。
移除。如要退出名單或取消訂閱，請用您登記的電子郵件地址寄信到 ichentsai.tw@gmail.com，我們會刪除您的資料。
防止濫用。為了限制自動化或重複送出，我們會將您 IP 位址加鹽後的單向雜湊值連同一個計數保存最多兩小時，之後即刪除。表單另有一個只有自動化程式才會填寫的隱藏欄位。
我們使用上述資訊來經營、維護並保護本網站；了解哪些內容有用，以便改進；在開放報名時通知名單上的人；回覆您的來信；以及履行法律義務。

本政策涵蓋本網站目前的運作方式。開放報名之前，我們會更新本政策，說明向參加者蒐集的資訊及其使用方式，讓您在報名前就能閱讀。
我們可能不時更新本政策。更新時，我們會在本頁公布更新後的版本，並修改頁首的生效日期；如屬重大修改，我們也會在本網站上醒目地註明。
